Refund and Returns

At MA Collective, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products (such as music downloads, beats, audio services including mixing/mastering), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or the service has commenced.

If you experience any issues with your digital file or service, please contact us at info@macollective.ca and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Physical Products (Apparel, CDs, Merchandise, etc.)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital content
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process:

  1. Email us at support@macollective.ca with your order number and a clear description (or photo) of the issue.
  2. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping address. (Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
